Abstract
The thesis deals with the competitive analysis and internal analysis of the e-shop Ušatá káva. The aim was to analyse the e-shop Ušatá káva in the competitive field of the online coffee market. The analysis included questionnaire survey, benchmarking and internal analysis. The outcome of the comprehensive analysis is suggestions and recommendations for improving the current state of the e-shop, which are related to the customer loyalty program, expanding shopping options and trying to attract new customers through attractive content.
