Vidnava – město, návrh bytového domu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší vypracování územní studie návrhu urbanistiského řešení zástavby bytovým domem ve městě Vidnava. Vychází z územního plánu města. Návrh obsahuje dvě varianty řešení a nejvhodnější varianta je dále detailněji rozpracována. Je řešeno napojení na technickou infrastrukturu, dopravní napojení a obslužnost. Je řešen mobiliář, vybavení pro odpočinek a zeleň. Vše se snahou k vytvoření předpokladů pro naplnění územního plánu města Vidnava na funkční využití území a se snahou o soulad se stávající zástavbou a prostředím. Součástí práce je propočet investičních nákladů na navržené řešení.

Bachelor thesis addresses the development of territorial draft urban design study of residential buildings in the town house Vidnava. Based on the city plan. The proposal includes two options and most suited solution is further elaborated in detail. It is designed to link the technical infrastructure, transport links and accessibility. It has designed furnishing, equipment for recreation and greenery. All are trying to create conditions for fulfillment of the city plan Vidnava based on functional land use and with an effort to comply with the existing buildings and the environment. The work is a calculation of investment costs for the proposed solution.
