Stanovení endokrinních disruptorů metodou plynové chromatografie

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the determination of endocrine disrupting compounds in waters. Endocrine disruptors are xenogenic in waters and they negatively influence the endocrine homeostasis of organisms. The definition of an endocrine disruptor and endocrine disruption, characteristics of these compounds, consequences of their occurrence in the environment and also a classification according the origin of EDCs are mentioned in the theoretical part. The experimental part presents a validation of determination of nonylphenol as a representative of EDCs. The validation is based on ČSN EN ISO 18857-1:2005. Optimization of the extraction procedure and the GC/MS determination of nonylphenol are the most important points of the validation.
