Abstract

The theme of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the competitiveness of a private kindergarten. In the third chapter basic theoretical knowledge related to the theme of the competition, competitiveness and competitive advantage for the company is explained using professional literature. The methodology of work is described in chapter four. In the next chapter analyses are performed which reveal where Mickeyho miniškolka Ltd. Is located in a competitive environment.For thid evaluation were used the following tools: Pest analysis, Swot analysis, Porter´s Five Forces analysis and a survey. In the sixth chapter the analyses are assessed and measure enhancing the competitiveness of this company are proposed. The aim of the thesis is to assess the competitiveness of a kindergarten based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of the business environment
