Studie vlivu parametrů horizontálního-vertikálního válcování na výsledný tvar bramy

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor assignment is the study of the influence of the horizontal and vertical rolling at the temperature of 1150°C on the final shape of the slab, steel content ST52/ČSN 11523 (C 0,2%; Si 0,55%; Mn 1,6%). The slab’s size is - 86 mm width, 150 mm length and 14 mm thickness. The samples are rolled on the rolling mill kvarto. We will focus on the uneven deformation, which arises from the rolling. On the edges of the slab we expect the creation of the “dog bone“ shape, while on the front and back ends we expect the the “fish tail“ shape.
