Analýza konkurenceschopnosti podniku ve zpracovatelském průmyslu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the competitiveness analysis of a company in the manufacturing industry. The company to which this work is related is called Ferrum Invest s.r.o. Part of the thesis is a theoretical-methodological part, which deals with important concepts and methods used in this work. These are characterised on the basis of selected professional literature. Another important part of the work is the application part, in which methods are used to analyse the environment outside and inside the company. The following is a section of suggestions and recommendations that were created on the basis of the results of the SWOT analysis.
