Stavebně technologický postup pro provádění střechy bytového domu

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compile a project documentation requested for the builiding permission and prepare technological process for selected part of building. The builiding is designed as an apartment house and is located in the cadastral area of Zábřeh nad Odrou on plot no 161/1. It is a non-basement builiding made , which has three above-ground floors. The building is detached, traditional brick construction is used, and it is covered with a single-layer flat roof. As a second roof layer is a vegetation layer applied. The second part of bachelor thesis contains technological process of flat roof of the apartment building, itemized budget of the flat roof, and time schedule of works.
