Abstract

This thesis deals with the determination of minimum ignition energy of selected samples of combustible organic dusts at different dispersion pressures. Furthermore, by comparing the measured values and the evaluation of the influence of size dispersion pressure on measured values of minimum ignition energy of selected dusts. The first part is dedicated to the explosion itself and the factors effecting the explosion and minimum ignition energy, then this part is dedicated resources capable of initiating dust mixtures. Next part of my thesis dedicate to the description of the measurement, used instruments, properties of selected dusts and evaluation of the detected results.
