Analýza nejčastějších příčin vad svarů umbilikálových trubek a návrh podpory pro jejich odstranění

Abstract

My bachelor´s thesis focuses on analysis of data sample covering defective welds on umbilical tubes manufactured by Sandvik Chomutov. The thesis describes the production method of these tubes starting from the processing of delivered semi-product up to the winding of the finished product to coil. The core part of the thesis deals with tube welding, weld defects and their causes and relation database design. Also the proposed database is primarily designed as a support for welding system operators for the identification of possible weld defect causes, it can be used for the identification of mutual relation between the occurrence of defects and welding sources or a specific material batch.
