Abstract
This bachelor work deal with the methodology for elaboration of the declaration of Conformity at engine plants by comparison of requirements of specific regulations by evaluation of present legislation to 2010 with the effect from 29.12.2009. In terms of appraisal was created the algorithm for assessment of products with assignment of step by step actions at elaboration of the declaration of conformity for engine plants. The proposed algorithm has been aplicated in IMI NORGREN Modřice company for an appraisal of 45 plants.
