Bydlení pro seniory – Frýdek-Místek, varianta C

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby a přístavby bydlení pro seniory s prvky cohousingu. Navrhovaný komplex se nachází ve městě Frýdek – Místek na lokalitě za nemocnicí. Práce se zabývá hlavně dispozičním návrhem, který je zaměřen na problematiku osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace, včetně řešení venkovního prostředí. Textová část je věnována problematice stáří a bydlení seniorů, dále pojmu cohousing a představení stavebního systému firmy Flexibuild. Ve druhé polovině textové části je obsažena průvodní a technická zpráva samotného návrhu areálu bydlení pro seniory, návrh mobiliáře, návrh zeleně a vyhodnocení aplikovaného dotazníku. V závěru bylo zpracováno jednoduché ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaného řešení. Diplomová práce je zpracována v rozsahu architektonicko – urbanistické studie. Rozsah této diplomové práce je 66 číslovaných stran.

This thesis deals with new buildings and extensions to housing for seniors with elements for cohousing. The proposed complex is located in Frydek – Mistek on the hospital site. The work deals mainly with the layout design, which is focused on people with limited mobility, including solutions for outdoor environment. The text part is devoted to issues of aging and housing for older people, as well as the concept of cohousing and the performance of construction company Flexibuild. The second half of the text includes the accompanying technical report of actual design of the area of housing for seniors, furniture design, greenery design and evaluation of applied questionnaire. The conclusion was processed by simple economic evaluation of the proposed solution. The thesis is prepared in the range of architectural – urban studies. The scope of this thesis is 66 numbered pages.
