Abstract

This thesis deals with the legal aspects of illegal waste. It describes the evolution of legislation in the Czech Republic, which follows the European Community legal system, here are the development of laws and related regulations for waste management in CR and related laws and regulations to safeguard the environment. The next section describes related legislation with the activities of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, applicable laws, ordinances and building regulations for its operation. The last section deals with interventions related to waste management and their description, in the end it worked on contingency planning for action related to illegal waste management.
