Abstract
The thesis contains thorough characterization and analysis of evaluation system and also remuneration of workers in the OKD i.n.c, Mine Darkov. The practical part evaluates the employee survey, which was elaborated by an external company, and proposes system modification of remuneration and employee evaluation based on its outputs.
