Abstract

The subject of the Bachelor thesis “Market Position Analysis of Company in the Market of Specific Product“ is an analysis of suppliers, competitors, history of development of window market and pursuing a topical situation in The Czech Republic and abroad, comparing advantages and disadvantages of the most used materials in window production. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter provides theoretical information about marketing environment coming from expert literature. The second chapter considers a characteristic of the firm TOP WOOD Windows, Inc. This chapter describes history, present and future of the firm and offered products. Macrobackground according to PEST analysis, microbackground, internal environment, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats according to SWOT analysis, the analysis of suppliers according to certain factors with items up and the analysis of competitors according to quotations with word valuation are pursued in the last third chapter. Competitors increasing recommendations are proposed at the end of the work.
