Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces hodnocení výkonnosti dodavatelů v organizaci a návrh aktualizace stávajícího systému. V teoretické části je zpracována problematika partnerství s dodavateli, hodnocení a výběr dodavatelů, a s tím souvisejících požadavků norem ISO řady 9000 v rámci systému managementu jakosti. Praktická část se zabývá postupem hodnocení výkonnosti dodavatelů v organizaci a konkrétními návrhy na zlepšení tohoto procesu.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of supplier performance evaluation in the organization and the actualization of the supplier assessment system. The theoretical part deals with the issues of partnership with suppliers, the assessment and selection of suppliers and related requirements of ISO 9000 standards within the quality management system. The practical part describes the process of supplier performance evaluation in the organization and specific suggestions to improve this process.
