Analýza potřeb a návrh vzdělávání manažerů ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with an educational needs analysis of a selected non-profit organization. The thesis involves theoretical solutions for manager training as well as the overview of basic skills which should be acquired by both managers and people in the lea- ding positions of a company. The theoretical section is later implemented in the practical one. The analysis consists mainly of in-depth interviews with the managers and subsequently, a list of suggestions and recommendations is created in order to facilitate development of the managers and leading employees.
