Provozování soustruhů dle technických požadavků nově přijaté evropské normy

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením uplatňování bezpečnostních požadavků dle nově přijatých předpisů a harmonizovaných norem EU u kovoobráběcích strojů – konkrétně soustruhů, v praxi. Při zjišťování reálného stavu dodržování BOZP u soustruhů, používaných u vybraného provozovatele, byly vyhodnocovány požadavky současně platných technických předpisů a zaznamenány v kontrolních seznamech. Byla provedena analýza vybraných strojů včetně jejich pracovního prostoru s vyhodnocením pracovních rizik. V bakalářské práci jsou uvedena rovněž opatření technického i organizačního charakteru, která byla navržena v souvislosti se zjištěnými rozpory s uvedenými předpisy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the implementation of safety requirements in accordance with the newly adopted regulations and harmonized EU standards for metal cutting machine tools - specifically lathes, in practice. When determining the real situation of work safety for lathes used for the selected operator, were evaluated requirements currently applicable technical regulations and recorded on checklists. An analysis was made of selected machines and their working area with the evaluation of occupational hazards. In the thesis they are also included occupational of technical and organizational character, which was proposed in context with the identified contradiction with those regulations.
