Hodnocení systému řízení vybrané příspěvkové organizace

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on an evaluation of a management system in a chosen contributory organization (Centre for children and youth in Bílovec). In the thesis SWOT and PEST analyses are used for a description of important elements coming from internal and external organizational environment. To check a financial situation of the organization a vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss account is applied. According to main findings, recommended proposals are formulated and discussed.
