Vysokoteplotní plastické vlastnosti niklové slitiny Inconel 600

Abstract

In it’s beginning, this thesis compiles knowledge about nickel-based superalloys, namely Inconel 600. It briefly describes topics of production, common utilization and properties of these alloys. In the experimental part of this thesis, uniaxial tensile tests were conducted to describe high-temperature plastic properties of Inconel 600 with increasing temperature up to a nil-strength temperature. Due to a progress of experiments and to describe a mild drop of tensile properties around 1000 °C, some metalografic and Vickers hardness tests were conducted. The measured results do correspond with results stated in literature to a great extend, even though the measured results differ slightly, probably due to different treatment of the materiál during production.
