Návrh projektu na získání dotace z fondu EU

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh projektu z fondu Evropské unie. V práci jsou zachyceny teoretická východiska podnikatelského prostředí po vstupu do Evropské unie a podnikání malých a středních podniků v Evropské unii. Podrobně se také zabývá podstatou projektu, jeho cyklem a postupem podávání žádosti o dotaci. Následně se zaobírá možnostmi financování v České republice, a to i programovým rámcem pro čerpání ze strukturálního fondu Evropské unie. Praktická podpora podniku je v diplomové práci zacílena na východiska a podmínky Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace se zaměřením na dotační titul Nemovitosti. V rámci poslední kapitoly je aplikována studie proveditelnosti na konkrétní podnik. Na základě analýzy a zjištění, zda má jasnou představu o průběhu a realizaci investičního projektu Rekonstrukce výrobní haly, byla navržena doporučení. Výstupem práce je pro management společnosti doporučení, která připraví plán v případě schválení nebo zamítnutí dotace.

This diploma thesis focuses on the method of applying a project fund in the European Union. Here in are presented the business environment after joining the European Union and how small and medium-sized businesses operate in the European Union. It also goes into detail what the essence of the project is, its cycle and the procedure for applying for a grant. Then it deals with the possibilities of financing in the Czech Republic and even programming framework for drawing from the EU structural fund. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the starting conditions of the Properties of Enterprise and Innovation of the Operational Program,. In the last chapter the study of feasibility this has been applied to a specific company. Based on the analysis of this project suggestions are made concerning the progress and implementation of the investment project, reconstruction of the production hall. In the conclusion, there are recommendations for the management which will prepare a plan depending on the approval or rejection of the subsidy.
