Analýza kapitálové struktury podniku Ostravské komunikace, a.s.

Abstract

This thesis „ Analysis of the Capital Structure of the Company Ostravské komunikace, a.s.“ treats deal with the possibilities of capital structure analysis and optimal capital structure theories. In the practical part I apply the theoretical knowledge and analyze the capital structure of Ostravské komunikace,a.s. In the next section I try to find the optimal capital structure of the chosen company according to mentioned theories. Eventually, I bring my own recommendation based on the results of particular theories.
