Projekt rekonstrukce hospodářské budovy

Abstract

Zadáním diplomové práce bylo navrhnout rekonstrukci hospodářského objektu s důrazem na energetickou náročnost. Rekonstrukce zahrnuje úpravu konstrukcí obvodového pláště, vodorovných konstrukcí ve styku s venkovním prostředím, výměnu výplní otvorů a kompletní obnovení hospodářského účelu stavby. V první části se zabývám stránkou stavební a tepelně technickou, v části druhé hospodařením s biomasou od sběru prasečí kejdy, přes výrobu bioplynu až po jeho spalování v kogenerační jednotce a v třetí části vycházím ze zjištěných údajů pro návrh vytápění rodinného domu s penzionem a větrání výkrmny prasat. Diplomová práce řeší náklady na rekonstrukci, které jsou důležité pro investora i následnou návratnost systému a velikost úspory při užívání.

By entering this thesis was to design the reconstruction of industrial building with an emphasis on energy efficiency. Reconstruction includes an adjustment envelope structures, horizontal structures in contact with the outside environment, replacing windows and doors and the complete restoration of the farm purpose of the building. The first part deals with the aspect of construction and heat technical, management in the second part of the biomass from harvesting pig manure, biogas production through to its combustion in the cogeneration unit and the third part is based on the observed data for the design of heating a house with a guest house and ventilation fattening pigs . This thesis addresses the reconstruction costs, which are important for the investor and the subsequent return of the system and the size of savings in use.
