Regionální rozvoj a hospodaření vybrané obce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření obcí v České republice, a to nejprve v obecné rovině a následně na konkrétním příkladu- vybrané obci Nový Malín. Teoretická část popisuje obecné zásady hospodaření obcí, definuje základní pojmy veřejné správy a nástroje finančního řízení (rozpočet obce, rozpočtový výhled, apod.). V praktické části je charakterizována vybraná obec, její historie, demografický vývoj a současná situace v obci. Na základě poznatků z teoretické části je analyzováno hospodaření obce za rok 2008, rozpočet obce, struktura příjmů a výdajů a financování rozdílů mezi nimi. Dále je také představen rozpočet obce na rok 2009 a rozpočtový výhled na následující roky.

The bachelor project deals with the problems of municipalities management in the Czech republic, firstly at general level and subsequently on the real case – the representative municipality Novy Malin. The theoretic part describes management principles of municipalities, defines basic ideas of public administration and instruments of financial management (municipality’s budget, budget prospects, etc.). The practical part, then, describes the representative municipality, its history, demographic development and present situation in the municipality. On the basis of information from the theoretic part I analyse the municipality management during the year 2008, municipality’s budget, structure of income and expenses and financing of their differences. Furthermore, the municipality’s budget for the year 2009 and budget prospects for following years are introduced.
