Abstract

ABSTRACT TOPIC: MEASURING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING The aim of this bachelor thesis is to measure the effectiveness of education and training of mine rescue workers in OKD, HBZS, Inc. and may propose suggestions for improving the effectiveness of training in the company. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with theoretical solutions, which describes the basic concepts such as competence, training, system of measuring, assessing effectiveness, the importance of education and subsequent feedback. The second chapter focuses on the current status and performance of OKD, HBZS, Inc. It describes their business, their assignments and other activities performed. The final chapter deals with the practical part, which is approached type and the measurement, data collection and subsequent evaluation of the proposal serves to improve the efficiency of training.
