Abstract

This thesis is professed focus on personal bankruptcy and its economic and social impact on the debtor. The aim of the thesis is to define the basic concepts related to bankruptcy, to characterize the debt relief, and then highlight the causes and teh consequences of the over-indebtedness. The processed data come from the insolvency register and files of seizure. Consequently using analysis of debt relief will evaluate in practice. Thesis could be use as guide for debtors and for people in a difficult financial situation.
