Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of remuneration system in a city hospital. Theoretical part contains an explanation of basic conceptions that are related to human resources management, remuneration, job evaluation and employees’ motivation. Practical part is dedicated to the characteristic of the company and its remuneration system. Part of the thesis is also a questionnaire that focuses on satisfaction of employees with the remuneration system. In the conclusion of the thesis there are the recommendations of how to improve the current state.
