Abstract
The bachelor thesis is aimed at the evaluation of employees’ adaptation system in a selected organization. Mail aim of this work is to analyze this system and propose measures, based on found results, to improve this system. Bachelor work is composed of several parts. First part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the theoretical backgrounds. The second, practical part describes the analysis of current employees’ adaptation system in a selected organization and the method of a questionnaire is applied. Based on the knowledge from the theoretical part, information from the organization and results from the questionnaire, the recommendations for improving this process are proposed.
