Abstract

Dustiness is one of the serious problems encountered in civilian life, but especially in manufacturing. To reduce dust in the workplace applies to a range of technical equipment and a number of organizational measures. For a detailed assessment of options to reduce dust, I focused on one important aspect, the spray functions. I demonstrated that the current ways of disposal of dust spray not meet demands to be consistent size dust grains and water drops. According to the analysis fragmentation of dust and size water droplets which produces a jet I suggest qualitatively new solutions for effective spraying.
