Abstract

The essence of this thesis is the realization of a marketing research in the Lípa village. The aim of the research is to get information from village’s inhabitants by using a questionnaire. These information are about the satisfaction of village’s inhabitants, their satisfaction with the current situation in the village, with project built up in the village and also with future plans of the village. In the first part, the reader is introduced into the environment where the research takes place, what means the characteristic of the village from the past to the present. In the next theoretical part the process of marketing research is described in detail also with types of the marketing research, methods, the method of survey (questionnaire) and its correct procedure. The practical part contains a concrete marketing research and analysis of its results accompanied with suggestion of possible changes.
