Optimalizace řízeného válcování tyčí a následného zušlechtění šroubárenské oceli 36CrB4

Abstract

In this thesis deals work was investigated optimization of controlled bar rolling and subsequent tempering of 36CrB4 screw steel. The theoretical part deals mainly whith phase transformations, controlled rolling of bars and induction quenching and tempering. The experimental part then focuses on various variants of heat treatment processes of screw steel, evaluation of these variants and design for the optimal method of processing in order to achieve the required mechanical and structural properties.
