Abstract

The Bachelor´s Thesis describes a project whose goal is achieving higher productivity of labour through the use of automation of technological processes in production lines producing biscuits. The introductory theoretical part describes the basic terms focused on productivity in general, its calculation, realization and accomplishment. It also includes an analysis and study of the current situation in the world with regard to cost savings and increasing the competitiveness of manufacturing companies. The following part describes the manufacturing company, its structure, program of production and it also describes the technology. The last part of the Bachelor’s Thesis analyses the current state of production lines using the technology in question, suggested solutions, including the implementation and evaluation.
