Nízkoenergetická administrativní budova - stavebně technologický projekt.

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je stavebně technologický projekt nízkoenergetické administrativní budovy, který obsahuje výkresovou dokumentaci stavby, průvodní a technickou zprávu ke stavební části. Diplomová práce obsahuje technologický postup realizace, harmonogram postupu prací a položkový rozpočet pro technologickou etapu „Základy“. Stupeň projektové dokumentace je pro stavební řízení. Nízkoenergetická administrativní budova je podsklepená a má čtyři nadzemní podlaží. Stavba určená pro administrativní účely s bezbariérovým přístupem. Stavba obsahuje převážně kancelářské prostory a dále bufet, který poskytuje služby pro pracovníky kanceláří a veřejnost. V nejvyšším patře je navržen konferenční sál, přednášková místnost a místo pro odpočinek. V podzemním podlaží je 16 parkovacích stání, skladovací prostory a technické vybavení.

The content of the diploma thesis is consumption including technological processes of the low-energy office building, construction drawings, technical report on the construction part and accompanying report. The diploma thesis contains the technological implementation process, the work schedule for the construction and the itemized budget for the technological phase “foundations of the house”. Degree of the project complies with documentation for the building permission proceedings. The low-energy office building has basement and four above ground floors. The building is intended for offices with wheelchair access. The building contains mainly offices and buffet that provides services for office workers and the schema_dspacedb. On the top floor is designed conference hall, lecture hall and the place for the rest. The underground floor is designed for 16 parking spaces, storage rooms and technical equipment.
