Identifikace faktorů korelovaných se spokojeností zaměstnanců v České republice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the identification of factors associated with employee satisfaction in the Czech Republic. The aim is to find out which factors are significantly correlated with employee job satisfaction. The theoretical part defines the concepts of job satisfaction and the factors that influence it. In the practical part, the data from an online survey of 1,608 respondents was analyzed. The factors identified include after-hours work, financial compensation, work environment, interpersonal relationships, self-evaluation of performance, and professional development. The paper concludes by highlighting the importance of a comprehensive approach to job satisfaction that takes into account various factors and their relationships to job satisfaction.
