Abstract

The objective of the diploma's thesis is the valuation of the company WOCO STV, s. r. o. using the real options methodology. The diploma's thesis is divided into five chapters. The second chapter is focused on the theoretical introduction to issues of real options. In the third chapter is briefly introduced the company. In the fourth chapter is applied the real options methodology. At first are determined input parameters. Then is determined the value of equity using the active and passive strategy. After is valued the operative flexibility, which is represented by two types of options. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the results.
