Drogová kriminalita – návrh opatření ke snížení trestné činnosti

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis is devoted to the problem of drug crime, while it is focused on the most commonly used drug today, methamphetamine, its production in the so-called "Czech way", as well as the distribution and use of methamphetamine. The aim of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the current situation of drug crime, to describe the procedures of police authorities when investigating criminal activity related to drug crime, to carry out quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey, controlled behaviors including risk assessment and to create proposals for measures leading to the reduction of criminal activity in the area of drug crime.
