Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with barrier-free usage problem of buildings Municipal Bureau of District Moravská Ostrava and Přívoz. The scope of work is to analyze the accessibility of each building for people with limited mobility or orientation and related outdoor space. Based on the identified deficiencies will design solutions to remove barriers in accordance with relevant legislation and Czech technical standards.
