Abstract

Financial analysis can be understood as an instrument for finding a comprehensive evaluation of the financial condition of a business corporation. This is identification of weaknesses what could become a threat for a business corporation and strong sides representing a posibble future opportunity. The diploma thesis contains a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part is used the discriptive method. There is comprised the importance of financial analysis, its principal and also aims. The practical part used the method of analysis, deduction and method of application. analysis, deduction and method of application. The aim of the diploma thesis is application of financial analysis by different methods and its ratios. Methods and its ratios are applied to the specific selected business corporation, whose statements were from issues during the analysis. Subsequently, during application of financial analysis is accomplished an assessment and comparison of resulting values.
