Abstract

The subject of my thesis has become the topic: The analysis of new technology of forging bottoms with mouthpieces for steam generators of nuclear power plants. New technologies of forging bottoms with mouthpieces have been designed and subsequently verified by physical modelling at scale 1:20. The goal will be the analysis of the dimention parameters and mechanical properties of the model forged pieces depending on individual technologies, also the development of the forged piece structure will be analysed in correlation of the deformation size and the temperature of deformation. At the end, I focused on the deformation calculation in the meassured parts of the model forged piece.
