Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of Repair of Sewer Accident by Conventional Excavation. It focuses on the specific construction of a new sewer section in Brno at the intersection of Ypsilantiho and Poříčí. It describes the technological proces of excavation and tunneling in the original route of the sewer. Includes an evaluation of engineering-geological conditions at the site of the excavation. Also solves backward construction of a new sewer and revision shaft in the section of accident. It is necessary to add that all the works were carried out during of sewerage operation. For this reason, the work also points to potential problems and risks that may arise during the implementation. The practical part of the Bachelor thesis solves the design and assessment of adit reinforcement. Conclusion deals about other technologies appropriate for the situation.
