Abstract
The main theme of my diploma thesis is Design of Marketing Strategy in Recruitment of IT Employees. The main aim of the thesis are suggestions and recommendations of external personal marketing in the section of experience and employment. The major part of suggestions deals with the employment section which reflects the research results from the analytical part. The intention is to obtain a competitive advantage of the brand NetDirect when addressing potential candidates and to become able to compete in the recruiting process. The minor part of suggestions deals with the efficiency of using information sources, awareness of various social networks, the career possibilities presented on company websites and updating advertisements. Another section I would like to pursue is the ultimate experience (practice). The aim is to increase the frequency of searching for and completion of a valid working experience while still studying, to determine the importance of attributes which motivate students to obtain a valid working experience and to evaluate the satisfaction.
