Abstract

In the diploma thesis there is processed technical documentation of the heating system in the apartment house. The source of the heating is thermal energy obtained from hot water transfer station. The transfer station also heats warm flowing water. The heating system is combination of the heating bodies Radikand heating ladder Koralux Rondo Max-M. The apartmenthouse has 1 underground storey and 5 aboveground storeys. Building is divided into 2 sections. The apartmet house is designed in the construction system POROTHERM. Vertical load constructions are made in this system. The internal walls are made from aerated blocks YTONG. Horizontal load constructions create reinforced concrete beams with hide girder. The diploma thesis is done in the form of textual and graphical part. It is processed to meet all the technical and functional demands according to the norms and regulations. During the design of the object there was insisted on the energetics accompanying with the thermal technique of the building.
