Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and development of multiplayer game mechanisms controlled by changes in electrodermal activity. The main objective was to create an interactive application that uses physiological signals, particularly skin conductance, as an input for controlling the game environment while simultaneously providing users with the opportunity to develop their ability to regulate their own level of physiological activation. The resulting web-based system enables real-time acquisition, transmission, and visualisation of electrodermal activity data and allows multiple players to participate in a shared game session. The outcome of the thesis is a functional prototype demonstrating the feasibility of employing electrodermal activity as a control input within interactive game scenarios and forming a foundation for further exploration of physiological signals in game design and self-regulation training.
