Abstract

Task of this Bachelor's thesis is preparation of project documentation for construction impementation according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. of my design for construction of Visage care center. The object was designed to fit into the urban concept of the city, but at the same time to support and variegate this concept. The object is situated perpendicular to the street axis as well as the surrounding buildings, however by its shape deviates from the stereotype of the surrounding buildings. The object function is a complement of missing opportunities for usage of land. The basis for my design was longtime knowledge of the area and study from Studio Work II. This final thesis is a summary of all the identified circumstances, applicable regulations, decrees and standards.
