Analýza licenční a povolovací činnosti centrální banky s ohledem na stabilitu finančního trhu

Abstract

The goal of my diploma thesis is to detect any shortcomings and risks for the financial market in the conditions and rules for the licensing and authorisation of banks. Method of analysis is a public opinion survey, which took part in the staff of the bank. Evaluation of the stability of the financial market is performed by using correlation analysis. In the theoretical part is first outlined in a brief history of the creation of the central bank and its basic functionality. One of these features is the regulation of the financial market, therefore, is the subject of the next chapter of its definition and what entities are included in it. These entities are defined legally, and what is their usual business. In the first practical chapter elaborated evaluation questionnaires. The questions posed to employees of banks relating to the evaluation of the activities of the National Bank, rates of financial-market regulation, licensing, and communication with its employees. In the second practical part is carried out an evaluation of the stability of the banking sector by using correlation analysis. The number of banks is correlated with individual indicators of financial stability.
