Abstract

Bachelor thesis will aim to propose recommendations to improve market positioning and competitiveness in the business environment and to define the decisive factors that will influence the company's strategy. The work will be broken down into a theoretical and practical part. HORIZONT – NARE s.r.o., which is active in the production and sale of equipment and compensation devices for people with disabilities, is presented in the theoretical part. Furthermore, individual basic concepts such as competition, competitive advantage, competitiveness, strategy, strategic direction and strategic analysis will be described. The practical part will be SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Porter analysis of the five forces and analysis of the key factors from which competitiveness will be assessed.
