Analýza konkurenceschopnosti podniku

Abstract

The goal of this master´s thesis is the analysis of the competitiveness of Mézl a Janíček, s. r. o. This construction company focuses to implementation plaster, insulation and construction work. The theoretical part presents the competition, competitiveness and the methods of analysis of the competitveness are described. In the practical part there are characteristics of the company including its history followed by PESTLE analysis, Porter´s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. The thesis includes the financial analysis in 2012 – 2015 and assessment of the company using financial ratios of liquidity, activity, profitability and indebtedness. In conclusion there is a recommendation based on the results of the thesis.
