Abstract
A main goal of this work is to create a business plan for an enlargement of a fitness center. A theoretical part deals with a characteristics of the business plan, a practical part then applies the knowledge to a specific purpose which is the enlargement of the fitness center. The aim is to determine whether the plan is feasible and profitable.
