Oddlužení a jeho ekonomický a sociální dopad na dlužníka

Abstract

The aim of this thesis „ Discharge of Debts its Economic and Social Impact on the Debtor“ is to characterize the basic individual steps pertaining the debt relief and its economical and social impacts upon debtors. In this work, the analysis of 50 insolvency register debtors was emphasized and it resulted in learning the circumstances which were the cause of debtor’s financial problems. The main reasons included notably low financial literacy of debtors and their poor assets’ management.
