Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with a position regulation of the asynchronous motor powered by the frequency converter. The converter in use is a product of Siemens company, type SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES MOTION CONTROL. The device is equipped with a motion control with easy positioning blocks.
Furthermore, the thesis is engaged in an analysis of used alternate servo-motors characteristics. It also describes a device for servo-motors position sensing.
The general demands on frequency converters for motion control are specified. In more detail, the MASTERDRIVES MC converter, on which the measurement was carried out, is described.
In the practical part the measurement of motion control in a position of converter, asynchronous motor and incremental rotary position transducer was carried out. For further studying purposes an easy manual decribing work with the converter for servo-motors verification was developed. The parametric sets for these measurements were debugged. Everything, including the measurement results, is described as well as stored on the attached CD.
