Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of practical training of the fire brigade of the Czech Republic drivers of rescue fire vehicles. The aim of the work is to propose suitable methods for evaluating practical driver training, including recommendations for other training programs. The theoretical part of the work is an analysis of the current state of organizational and practical training of drivers. Furthermore, the methods and topics of selected trainings, which took place in Brno and Ostrava, are characterized in detail. The practical part is devoted to the design of methods and procedures for evaluating practical driver training. It includes the design of a satisfaction questionnaire and the creation of a methodology for evaluating the practical skills of drivers in crisis situations, which were simulated during practical training.
